Domestic Shipping
All Acustico Lighting products are shipped from our studio in Victoria. Please check individual product pages for lead times, as some items are stocked while others are made to order. Please allow an additional 5 business days for shipping.
All lighting pieces can be delivered to most parts of Australia for a flat fee of $40 per item. For more remote areas, shipping may attract a higher fee, in which case we will contact you with a quote.
International Shipping
International shipping is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please email us for a quote if you live outside of Australia.
Returns
Please consider your purchase carefully. Once your order has been confirmed, payment is non-refundable and we don’t accept returns due to change of mind.
All Acustico Lighting products are hand made with care, and minor variations are to be expected. If you believe there is a fault with your product please email us within 7 days of receiving your product, with a detailed description and images.
